3 Ways to Create Your Buffer Zone

It has been our experience that many people leave the work environment and jump straight into their domestic environment. For some this can be challenging as both environments can be stressful.

The concept of a “buffer zone” came from our Executive Coaching Program and it may be worth considering how you can use this idea.

  1. Find a setting where you can do some gentle activity between both environments.
  2. Always have a change of kit available – and use it.
  3. Have a meditative time between environments…it only needs to be a few minutes of solitude.
